3. Project Scope and Scale: The renovation area totals 1,153.06 m², covering the following:
- Cleanroom panel partition system
- Electrical systems (power distribution, general lighting, emergency lighting, etc.)
- Water supply and drainage systems
- HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation)
- Fire protection (fire alarm system addition, modification of existing fire hydrant and sprinkler systems, etc.)
- Process equipment (pass-through boxes)
- Clean utility piping systems (purified water, water for injection, pure steam, clean steam, clean compressed air, instrument air, clean oxygen, clean nitrogen, clean carbon dioxide)
- Catwalk and support/hanger systems (standard and seismic)
